Every office is looking for ways to save money and cut costs. HelloFax, is an online fax company, that will help you do just that! They have recently partnered with Microsoft and Google to let you send as many as fifty pages of faxes per month for free and send unlimited amount of e-signatures using their other site, HelloSign!
Signing up is simple. Go to www.hellofax.com/skydrive and click the “Sign-up with Microsoft” link. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, go to www.hellofax.com/googledrive where you can use your Google Account to sign-up for HelloFax. Either method will enable you to get credit to send as many as fifty pages of faxes per month for free. Next, upload any document and put in a fax number (with country code) to send your first online fax. Plus, once your fax has been successfully delivered, you’ll receive a copy of the faxed document.
You can use HelloFax to send Word documents, PDFs, text files, images and many other popular formats. Best of all, doing so is easy as you can pull in documents directly from your SkyDrive, Box, Dropbox, Evernote and Google Drive accounts for faxing to places such as Hong Kong, England or Israel!
All in all, both HelloFax and HelloSign are excellent resources to know of and bookmark. After all, there are still many instances in which you may have to sign a document and send it back to the recipient. Likewise, there are many rabbonim who use a fax machine and say that this is the preferred method to reach them or send a shaila for them to review.
Still, if you are a new organization, you may not have the budget to also purchase a fax machine. It follows that you may of had a fax machine, but opted not to buy a new one ever since yours broke a couple years ago.
