We never imagined that such a thing like this could ever happen. First and foremost, I hope you are taking the necessary precautions. V’nishmartem me’od l’nafshtechem (Devarim 4:15). We must all follow the rules of the authorities. Take care of yourselves and those who need to be in isolation must do so.

These are challenging times. How does a Torah Observing Jew supposed to relate to these times?

Number one, we believe in hashgacha pratis. Nothing “just happens” unless HaKadosh Baruch Hu wants it to happen. And the gemara in Yevomos goes to the extreme to say, “Ein paranious ba l’olam ela b’Yisroel.” This is a global phenomenon. HaKadosh Baruch Hu doesn’t mean to say only us, but primarily us. The Rambam writes at the beginning of Hilchos Taanis, there is a mitzvah aseh to believe, to understand and be aware, that what happens in the world is not coincidence. It happens because HaKadosh Baruch Hu is sending a message.
