The Mussar Institute, founded by Alan Morinis, aims to impart wisdom and tools for character development grounded in Torah and the classical Mussar tradition. In particular, TMI’s goal is to enable all Jews to incorporate Mussar learning and practice into their everyday lives. For the past number of years, they have celebrated Generosity Week, during the month of February.

This year, The Mussar Institute is offering a Generosity Week participation package for groups—Generosity Week in a Box—to enable communities to participate at a greater level!

If you are looking for a non-judgmental way to connect your shul or students to Mussar learning and practice, this is a great opportunity, and worth looking into further to see if it’s up your alley!

The Generosity Week in a Box package is available for free online and includes:

  1. Lesson Plan for a Community Program
  2. Discussion Guide
  3. Press Release
  4. Promotional materials to announce Generosity Week in your Community
