BeSiyyata DiShmaya, with the start of Sefer Bereshit, I would like to invite you to become one of the initial users of AlHaTorah.org’s new online, customizable, Mikraot Gedolot, now available at: http://mg.alhatorah.org.

This exciting Mikraot Gedolot includes critical editions of commentaries newly published from manuscripts (such as Rashi Leipzig, R. Yosef Kara, Rashbam, Northern French Peshat Likkut) as well as commentaries that have never been available before in electronic format or as part of a Mikraot Gedolot (e.g. Dayyakot LeRashbam, R. Avraham b. HaRambam, Shadal first edition).

Using the Gear Menu, you can select which parshanim you want to use and whether to display text notes and/or content notes. For a full list of what is currently available, please see:
http://mg.alhatorah.org/Editions.

This Mikraot Gedolot was designed by Yonatan Novetsky, and it would not have come this far without the hard work of Rabbi Jonathan Rabinowitz, Eliezer Handel, and Aviva, Ariella, and Yehuda Novetsky. To all of them, we express our sincere gratitude.

The Mikraot Gedolot is currently being made available for Sefer Bereshit only, and other Sefarim are currently in progress. IY”H, we are hoping to incorporate many additional features in this Mikraot Gedolot, and we would greatly appreciate your suggestions for enhancements and desired features.

There is an enormous amount of work still to be done, and we ask all who can help with editing, proofing, designing, funding, or any other aspect of this special project, to please be in touch with us at: alhatorah.org/About:Contact_Us.
